Did you misplace your debit card?

You can now freeze and unfreeze your DCFCU Debit Card from the DCFCU Mobile App or from your e-Branch Online Banking. Simply select Debit Card Management under the Card Services tab. Just remember that when your card is turned off, you won't be able to use it for purchases or ATM withdrawals. Authorized recurring payments may still be processed.

If you know your card is lost or stolen, you can set it on Permanent Block to prevent any misuse. You will have to request a new Debit card. You can call us at 305-471-5080 or visit a local branch to request a replacement card to be mailed to you.

Availability may be affected by your mobile carrier's coverage area. Contact us immediately if you believe that unauthorized transactions have been made. Turning your card off will not stop card transactions presented as a recurring transaction, transactions using other cards linked to your deposit account, or the posting of refunds or credit adjustments to your account. Any digital cards linked to the debit card will also be affected. Mobile carrier message and data rates may apply.
