What is the daily limit for ATM cash withdrawals?
For regular accounts, the standard daily cash withdrawal limit at an ATM is $500 within a 24-hour period. This limit is not available to be increased.
What is the daily limit for debit card credit purchases?
For regular accounts, the standard daily debit card credit purchase limit is $2,500 within a 24-hour period. This limit is available to be temporarily increased and resets to its standard limit by 10:00 PM daily. What is the daily limit for debit card PIN based transactions?
For regular accounts, the standard daily debit card pin based limit is $700 within a 24-hour period. This limit is available to be temporarily increased and resets to its standard limit by 10:00 PM daily. What is the daily Zelle® transfer limit?
There is a $1,000 daily Zelle transfer limit within a 24-hour period. This limit is not available to be increased.
What are 1098 / 1099-INT Tax Forms?
Form 1098, Mortgage Interest Statement, is used to report mortgage or home equity line of credit interest of $600 or more paid to a lender. Form 1099-INT is used to report interest income of more than $10 earned. These tax forms are sent annually by January 31st. How do I place a stop payment on an ACH transaction?
To place a stop on an ACH transaction we will need to be notified at least 3 business days prior to the date the ACH is scheduled to clear your account and the ACH transaction must appear posted, at least once, on your transaction history. There is an ACH stop payment fee of $15. You can process the stop payment by contacting us by phone or by visiting one of our conveniently located branches during regular business hours for assistance.
What happens when my Certificate of Deposit matures?
When your Certificate of Deposit (CD) matures, you have a 7-calendar day grace period to make any changes without incurring a penalty. If you are currently within your grace period and want to make changes, please contact us by phone or visit one of our conveniently located branches during regular business hours. If your CD grace period has expired, we are unable to waive any penalties to partially withdraw funds or redeem the full amount of the CD.
What is my Member Number?
For our member's protection, we are unable to provide an account/member number over the phone. The member number can be found by accessing the account online, on a statement, or by visiting one of our conveniently located branches during regular business hours for assistance.
When do pending transactions on my account clear?
The amount of time it takes a debit or withdrawal to post to your account depends on the merchant or institution who is attempting to debit your account. Some debits take place immediately; some can take days. If you are concerned, we recommend contacting the merchant and asking for their policy.
