On September 26, Dade County Federal Credit Union (DCFCU) was proud to sponsor the 2026 Pig Roast Series: FIU Tailgate Edition at Pitbull Stadium. The event brought together FIU students, alumni, families, and community members for an afternoon filled with football, friendly competition, and Panther pride.
One of the highlights of the event was the pig roast competition, where teams put their barbecue skills to the test to see who could create the best roast. Surrounded by cheering fans, great food, and plenty of school spirit, attendees enjoyed a lively atmosphere that brought the FIU community together ahead of game day.
