Online Bill Pay

Instead of writing and mailing checks and then manually balancing your checkbook, you can pay your bills online! With Online Bill Pay, you can control which bills are paid and when the money is deducted from your account.

Setting up is easy! Getting started with Online Bill Pay is quicker and easier than you may expect. It’s also FREE! To enroll, simply log in to Online Banking and click the “Pay Bills” icon. Direct Deposit

Moving your direct deposit to a new account doesn’t have to be complicated. With Direct Deposit Switching, you can quickly and securely update your payroll information while applying for a new account or opening a new share.  

During the application process, you’ll have the option to use Direct Deposit Switching. Simply search for your employer or payroll provider, sign in securely, and choose whether to deposit your full paycheck or just a portion into your new account. The system takes care of the update for you—no paperwork or manual requests needed. Changes typically take effect within 1–2 payroll cycles, helping you start using your new account sooner.

E-Statements

We’ve made it easy for you to receive free electronic statements for your eligible DCFCU accounts. Simply log in to DCFCU Online Banking or Mobile App and click on “SERVICES” and then “STATEMENTS”, choose the “Online e-Statements” option, and click “Accept” to agree to the disclosure terms and conditions. That’s it!

With e-Statements, you can view, download, or print an electronic version of your statement that looks just like the paper version you receive by mail.
