How do I earn cashback?

You can earn cashback rewards by purchasing digital gift cards to use to pay for your orders at brands, in-store, or online. You can also earn by completing reward actions related to DCFCU.

How do I redeem my CashBack+ cashback balance?

Navigate to the "Redeem" page within CashBack+ and choose which account you would like to transfer your cashback to. It is instant, and there are never any minimums.

Are there minimums in order to redeem my CashBack+ cashback balance?

There are never any minimums to redeem your cashback balance.

How can I view my cashback earnings?

You can check your earnings by clicking on the cashback balance at the top of the CashBack+ homepage or by going to the "Redeem" page from the menu.

Are there limits on the amount of cashback I can earn?

How does Offers work?

CashBack+ Offers allows you to earn cashback when you pay for your next purchase with digital gift cards. All you have to do is select a brand, use your Dade County Federal Credit Union account to purchase a digital gift card, and use the gift card to pay at checkout. The bonus tags show how much extra value you'll earn as soon as you purchase and your digital card is delivered in seconds.

Why do I see different Offers than other members?

CashBack+ aims to curate your cashback earnings experience so that you see recommendations based on where you like to shop and what is currently available for you from our brand partners. Offers for different members are based on a variety of factors, including available promotions, previous purchase history, location, and more.

Will I get cashback instantly with Offers?

Yes. Unlike other cashback products, you will receive your cashback instantly into your CashBack+ balance.

Can I choose which account I want to use to purchase a digital card?

Yes, you can select which account at checkout.

How will I receive my digital gift card?

Digital gift cards are sent to your email address on file with Dade County Federal Credit Union, as well as available within your CashBack+ Wallet.

How do I access the gift cards that I've previously purchased?

You can access your previously purchased gift cards either through the email confirmation you received when you purchased or through your CashBack+ Wallet. The CashBack+ Wallet stores all of your previously purchased digital gift cards for safe storage and easy usage. You can access it from the Menu within CashBack+.

How do I use the gift cards? In-store? Online?

Gift card usage is dependent on the specific brand and its policies. Brands typically allow for gift cards to be used wherever checkout is allowed.

What is the CashBack+ Pay browser extension?

CashBack+ Pay is the most convenient way to take your cashback on the go. Download the Chrome computer browser for online shopping, and download the iPhone Safari app on your mobile device for online and in-store offers.

Why should I use CashBack+ Pay?

How do I pay with CashBack+ Pay?

When you are shopping online and on the checkout page of a brand, you simply open up the pop-up, enter your checkout amount, and click to pay with your connected DCFCU account. You'll receive instant cashback as well as a gift card code to use in the gift card field in order to complete checkout.

If you are in-store, open up the CashBack+ Pay app and choose the in-store option, enter the amount, and use the gift card code displayed to pay at checkout for the exact amount of your order.

Which browsers and devices are compatible with CashBack+ Pay?

CashBack+ Pay is compatible with Chrome on desktop and Safari on iPhone.

How do I get started with the CashBack+ Pay?

Download from the Chrome store on your computer or from the App Store on your iPhone.

Is Credit Union membership required to use CashBack+ Pay?

Yes. CashBack+ Pay is exclusive to Dade County Federal Credit Union members.

How do I know what brands are available on CashBack+ Pay?

Available brands are shown in the CashBack+ Pay app on your phone or by visiting the Status Page on your computer.

How do CashBack+ Actions work?

CashBack+ Actions allow you to earn cashback by completing specific tasks set by DCFCU. To earn, activate the action and complete the required task. Once verified, the cashback will be credited to your account balance.

CashBack+ Actions is a way to earn additional cashback through engaging with Dade County Federal Credit Union. Complete actions and earn cashback.

How do I earn cashback through CashBack+ Actions?

Simply navigate to the Actions page within CashBack+, activate your actions, and complete them to earn the cashback.

Why do I see different Actions than other members?

CashBack+ Action eligibility is determined by different factors, including behavior and engagement with Dade County Federal Credit Union. Actions will not be the same from member to member.

When do I receive cashback after completing an action?

You will recieve your cashback at the beginning of the next month after completing your actions once they are approved by the Dade County Federal Credit Union team.

How do I view my available actions?

You need to go to the Actions tab within CashBack+ to view and activate their available actions.

Can I track the progress of my action?

Yes, you can see your progress within the individual action's pop-up with the "Actions" page in CashBack+. You will see the last updated date of the progress tracker.
