Fraud Alerts

All DCFCU accounts with a debit card and/or credit card have active fraud monitoring and alerts. If there is suspicious activity on your account, you will receive an alert via text message and email to help prevent fraudulent charges.

If you receive a fraud alert you have the option to reply to the text or email to confirm if the suspicious activity was legitimate or fraudulent. If you do not reply to the alert a fraud case will be opened automatically and a representative will follow up with you.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your email address and phone number are current on your account.

If you have any questions regarding this new protection feature, give us a call at our Member Contact Center at 305-471-5080.

Below you will see samples of the email and text message communications from this service. If you receive any alerts that do not match the samples below, please contact us immediately.
